Amazing Clock

I received this picture earlier today. You can see it over on the Flickr account of course, but I was so blown away by it that I wanted to post about it as well!!

Preston, thanks!! As you say “This is my favorite clock in the world, because it’s also a wireless access point! I built it by retrofitting a clock-kit from my local craft stuff onto an older Airport Base Station. All the original electronics still work, but they’ve been shuffled around a bit internally to make room for an AA battery to power the clock movement. (If you look closely you can see the battery where the cable ports used to be.)
