So now the First Cycling Goal of 100km in a week has been successfully concluded I need to look at what future goals I need to set (and achieve) in order to attain my long term (still to be announced) ultimate goal that I have set myself.
Future challenges will need to include:
1. A 3 hour ride: to get used to more time in the saddle
2. A 100km ride: to determine how feasible this is and how long it takes
3. A ‘full days’ ride: am thinking 4 sessions of 2 hours to determine fitness and how many km I cover.
