Have had the bike a couple of months now, but have still only managed to get out on it 8 times! 6 of those since I had the Garmin 510 and started using Garmin Connect (see below).
AM really enjoying it and have been (very) surprised how the knee has stood up to the exercise, so I am going to take the plunge and set myself my first goal (well first published one, as I have a bigger goal in mind but holding off on that one until I know I can do it)
My goal is that by the end of the month I will be doing 100km a week. That is just over 5 of my ‘usual’ rides, but the plan is to to do 3 of the ‘usual’ and a longer one.
