Did a new PB on my Cube Peloton Pro Compact Road Bike 2013 yesterday.
My first recorded ride on the bike was on the 15th February: 18.02km in 55min 23secs.
Yesterday I recorded the same ride: 18.06km in 44min 46secs.
An improvement of 11min.
A number of reasons for this:
1. I am fitter for sure, with much more strength in my legs and better lung capacity.
2. I am more confident on the bike, with a better technique.
3. I am getting to grips with the pedaling technique of ‘clips’ which is a more circular motion so that you get to ‘pull up’ as well which is more efficient.
I reckon I can get the circuit down to 40mins!
