Seven (7) years ago today Sands turned up with a very poorly looking Orla. She had basically brought her home from a rescue to die in peace and with some TLC.
After much nursing she rallied and formed a great friendship with Moreno, but sadly it was short lived as she had a congenital heart problem and didn’t last too long.
She lives on though: her friendship with Moreno convinced us he needed a friend so when Oscar came along we adopted him, and that moved us away from our ‘two only’ policy so Fleur, Dusky, Kasper and Sophie are all here because of her.
