This was originally an SS TON Sourav Ganguly bat that had been used (and slightly neglected) by a high quality player, and had been retired with the usual signs of wear and tear associated with a cricket bad i.e. is just a fact of life that wood cracks, especially when used to hit a hard ball coming at you at a fast pace!
I replaced the original stickers with the SS TON Retro ones because I liked them, simple as that really!

I have added a scuff sheet and edging tape, not that I am a great fan on my own bats and if you want this removed I will do that, but as the bat will benefit from some light knocking on before use it is not a bad idea. I have knocked it in for around an hour to test for any dead spots (are none) and it sounds great, but I would advise an hour or so with a mallet and a gentle net session or two before use.
