Sophie has just died (7.52am Wednesday 9th March 2016).
She has been struggling with a virus called FIP for about 5 weeks now. It kills 95% of cats that catch it so her chances were never good, but we gave her every treatment.
Such a shame as she was so young, but the time she had with us was a joy. She died in my arms, having spent her last night snuggled on the bed between Sands and myself, and with her the other cats and dogs close by.
