Corratec X-Vert Motion 2013

Bought another bike recently from www.chainreactioncycles.com/es/es, a Corratec X-Vert Motion 2013

Specification

Featuring RST Gila disc fork, refined over the years, now a benchmark entry to the world of MTB suspension. Shimano Deore 9 speed. A proven great value performer.

Low Profile Chainstay – The lowered chain stay ensures additional distance to the chain. This prevents the rattling of the chain on the chain stay. Even a road bike with a triple chain set is safe from chain damage to the frame. LPC – included in nearly all corratec bikes. Details ARE the product!

Wanted the bike for a number of reasons: too use when cycling with Sands until she gets some miles in her legs and can go further and faster, and to do some off road training to develop legs (stronger, shorter bursts) and the stabilising muscles which you just don’t use on the road bike.

Price and availability were the major criteria: wanted disc brakes, front suspension and available now.

Have no complaints so far, although I have only used it three times, once off road!
