Sunday morning isn’t necessarily the best or usual time to weigh yourself, but as I am probably going to watch the rugby later (which = food and drink a lot!) I thought I would see how things were going. Looks like I have lost 2.5 lbs which is good news, and feels about right.
Am (slowly) starting to feel a bit better now that I have started exercising and watching what I eat. Hopefully I can have a really good week (this afternoon excluded) and it would be great to be around the 211 mark this time next week.
