Happy Anniversary Charmin

It is four (4) years today since a combination of unpredicted events led to Charmin living with my parents.

Neither he, not his timing, could have been better. My parents were starting to adapt to spending more time at home, so he has been the purrfect companion for them.

He loves been in the same room as them, wakes father up around 3am every morning for a play, enjoys a stroll in the garden where he can sit on his cat tree and look out over the field, then a choice of his favourite places to sleep – he usually manages to try all of them each day.

With Lockdown and the daily video calls he has taken centre stage once again and often we have to wait for him to join us before we can start!!

Couldn’t be happier for him, or them. It was always good to see him every six weeks when I came over on a transport, but it’s even better to see him a couple of times a week!
