Until now, Gtdagenda was a single-user application only.
While you can share your projects and contexts with other Gtdagenda members, this was not really the best way to get things done as a team. The easier approach, is that a single person should own the account and then add more people to the account as it’s necessary.
So we did this. We created two new Gdagenda plans, that are multi-user and have a couple of new *must* features for these types of accounts.
In the feedback quiz we sent a while back, one of the questions was “How many users would you like to be able to add?”. The two most common requests to this were for 5 users and 15 users. So we made the two main “Gtdagenda Business” plans for 5 and 15 users respectively.
But if you need more than that, you can certainly do it. You can create a custom plan that includes the needed number of users. The maximum allowed is up-to 150 users.
And what are the new features?
– Own subdomain
A Gtdagenda Business account owner can choose his own subdomain, like http://mycompany.gtdagenda.com
– Custom branding
A Gtdagenda Business account owner can upload a personal logo, that will be displayed when him or any of his users are logged in.
