As you will see it is a pretty cool comic strip, and the one that I have posted below just seemed so appropriate on so many levels!

On reflection, it sums up two friends of mine! A real one and an imaginary one. Oops, I mean online one. 🙂
My other friend has still got (and occasionally uses) her original EOS film camera, her old Powershot G3, two EOS 350d’s, several of the expensive Canon lenses – and a Sony Ericsson K800i camera-phone. There may be more to which she has not yet confessed, since I’ve not seen her since mid-January…
Hmmm – there was also a Fuji point-and-shoot for a while, though she might have disposed of it on eBay. 🙄

excellent! I confess to having a collection of Contax cameras and am now going to get into medium format 🙁
